iGlobal Exports is a truly international checkout. We have shipped goods from United States based eCommerce stores to 159 countries around the world. According to the latest data, there are currently 196 independent countries, making iGlobal partners a presence in 81% of the world.
Every Country Counts
In 2011, a handful of countries stood out as the top buyers of U.S. products, including Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, France, Ireland and New Zealand. Ranking these countries on a revenue basis turns up similar results – these same countries are the top spenders in overall revenue for American goods. While these countries definitely made up the majority of the purchases, the remaining 153 countries played no small part. Together, they made up 20% of the sales for the year.
Safety in Numbers
While we are proud to have shipped to so many countries around the world, there are still several countries that represent a fraud risk that is too high to safely ship to. It’s always important to take the necessary precautions to prevent international fraud. While we generally exclude these higher risk countries from our sales process, we are also open to ship to them on a case-by-case basis.
One of our favorite parts of working with customers from all over the world has been the outpouring of positive feedback that we’ve received. We regularly receive emails and phone calls expressing gratitude for the fast and low-priced shipping as well as the checkout experience overall. Just last week we received this comment from Lorenzo in Italy:
“Yesterday morning ,I had just received the Parcel!! I would like to thank you for the wonderful Rug ,you sent me ,and the super fast ,perfect Service ,you provided.
The Rug fits perfectly in my room ,it looks marvelous. Thank you so much.” – Lorenzo De Rosa, customer of RugSale.com, Florence, Italy
